A man is dead and another man has been arrested after a shooting in downtown Cincinnati Wednesday.
According to Cincinnati police, the shooting happened at around 8:46 p.m. at the corner of Eighth Street and Walnut Street, near the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
Police said Keshawn Turner, 22, was shot in the chest. He was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
Around 8:50 p.m., police arrested Quantez Wilcox, 25, and charged him with Turner's death.
